In case you wondered…how’d we get our name?

• Balto is the name of the lead dog from the last leg of an Alaskan journey, what eventually became known as the Iditarod dog sled race. 

• Dog sled teams are a partnership. The mushers, humans, make the ultimate decisions about where to go. The dogs act as guides looking ahead for obstacles to help to find the best path forward.

• We want to create a similar partnership between you and the Balto application. 

• The idea is that you control the conversation, but Balto is there to look out ahead for issues or obstacles in the conversation and guide you to the best possible path to victory!
