To get started, select “Balto” in the Integrations section of TLDialer and enter the token provided by your Balto Implementation Manager. Choose when Balto should stop after calls and customize any exclusions for specific call types. Once set, a quick activation toggle gets everything up and running. From there, Balto works automatically, empowering your agents with the right guidance for every conversation.
