Balto Software Marketing Incentive Terms & Conditions
Promotion. Individuals who attend a live Balto demo, or a meeting hosted by a Balto representative, in its entirety (a "Demo") and meet the eligibility criteria below (the “Participant”) are eligible to receive the incentive offered with this promotion (the "Incentive").
Promotion Period. The Promotion runs from July 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026.
Eligibility. To qualify, you must:
- Be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age.
- Help evaluate, recommend, or decide on contact center or conversation intelligence solutions for your organization (Director level or above, or equivalent influence).
- Represent a company that operates a B2C contact center, is headquartered in the US, and has 200+ employees or 25+ contact center agents.
- Book and attend a completed live Demo during the Promotion Period.
- Not be a current Balto customer, partner, or account holder.
Booking a Demo does not guarantee the Incentive. Eligibility is confirmed only after the Demo is completed and Balto verifies all requirements have been met. Eligibility is determined in Balto’s sole discretion.
Qualified opportunity. Balto will determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether Participant is a qualified opportunity based on company size, industry, contact center operation, and the participant's role.
Fulfillment. Eligible Participants will receive the Incentive at the email address provided, within approximately 60 days of verification. A valid email address is required.
Truthful information. You agree to answer all form questions truthfully and completely. Balto may request documentation or other verification of eligibility and may deny the Incentive in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or participation not in good faith.
Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion, including information submitted through the demo request form and information used to verify eligibility, will be handled in accordance with Balto’s Privacy Notice, available at https://www.balto.ai/terms/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that Balto may use the information you provide to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, fulfill the Incentive, and communicate with you regarding Balto’s products and services, in each case as described in the Privacy Notice.
Taxes. You are responsible for any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes associated with receipt of the Incentive.
General. The Incentive is provided "as is," is not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law, and is void where prohibited. Limit one Incentive per person and per company during the Promotion Period. Participant is responsible for confirming they are permitted by their employer to accept the Incentive. Balto may decline or redirect the Incentive if required by participant’s employer policies or applicable law. Balto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this Promotion at any time; participants who have already met all eligibility requirements will remain eligible. Balto Software, Inc. is the promotion sponsor.
