Integrating Balto with Convoso ensures seamless real-time guidance and actionable insights for your contact center. The process involves three key steps: creating a new adaptor to map Convoso variables to Balto’s parameters, setting up Convoso Connects to enable API communication, and building workflows to automate Balto’s activation and disposition tracking during calls.

To start, create a “Balto Start/Stop” adaptor in Convoso and map essential call data fields, such as Call Log ID and Agent Email. Then, configure Convoso Connects with Balto’s Start/Stop API URLs and link them to the adaptor. Finally, set up workflows in Convoso for both starting and stopping Balto during specific call events, such as lead statuses and term reasons. Similarly, you can configure a “Balto Disposition” workflow to pass call outcome data to Balto for deeper reporting and analysis. With these steps complete, Balto will seamlessly integrate with your Convoso system, empowering your agents with real-time AI support and ensuring your campaigns are optimized for success.
