Integrating Balto with Five9 ensures seamless real-time guidance and AI-powered insights for your contact center. The process begins by creating a Balto admin user within your Five9 instance with the appropriate administrator permissions (excluding VCC Java admin rights). Once the credentials are shared with your Balto Implementation Manager (IM), they will build the necessary connectors for your campaigns. After this step, you’ll apply these connectors to each of your Five9 campaigns, enabling all calls to send start/stop requests to Balto automatically.
Five9 also supports dynamic playbook switching in Balto, allowing specific guidance to be displayed based on campaign name or skill name. This enhances call personalization and agent performance.
